Flight festival Flumserberg
When the sky is full of splashes of color, the flying festival of the Spitzmeilen Paragliding Club takes place.
The GCS is once again organizing its colourful "Flugfest Flumserberg" this year with a testival and passenger flights. All fans of flying, paraglider pilots, flying schools and of course you are invited! At the landing site there will be a festival restaurant with delicious grilled food, refreshingly cool drinks, ice cream and cake as well as musical entertainment. Aviation films will be shown on Saturday evening. If you wish, you can camp on site. We also attach great importance to the little ones - with a drawing competition, games, swimming pool and plenty of space to run around, fun and games are guaranteed. As a pilot, you can choose from the launch sites on the Prodkamm, Maschgenkamm and Schönhalden, most of which are easily accessible by post bus and mountain railroad. The Flumserberg mountain railroads are once again offering an attractive paragliding ticket this year. We will be presenting various Hike&Flys in the area. Well-known exhibitors will also be on site again, making their equipment available for test flights. More information is available online at www.gc-spitzmeilen.ch.
